Solid Ground Office Commission
Hopewell-Lambertville
I am honored to have been commissioned by Solid Ground, Nutritional Counseling to create an 18'x24' painting for their office in the Hopewell-Lambertville area.

This commission presented an exciting challenge—I had to create a piece that was soothing and hopeful. I titled the piece " Unburdened" in keeping with the purpose of the piece. Carole shared her love for purples and also butterflies which represent personal transformation, growth and healing. I tried to bring that about in this piece by creating beautiful three dimensional flowers and greens. The colorful butterflies bring joy to the piece. Carole was thrilled with the piece and has it hanging in her therapy room.
Unburdened
Unburdened was created for a therapist’s office as a visual reflection of healing and self-growth. The piece explores the journey from trauma and emotional disruption toward clarity, calm, and renewal.
Butterflies move through the composition as symbols of transformation — representing the courage to release pain, embrace change, and evolve. What begins in chaos gradually softens into balance, echoing the therapeutic process itself.
At its heart, Unburdened speaks to becoming one’s own ally — opening up, letting go, and finding strength in vulnerability.
